We are pleased to advise that the merger process regarding TIS GRUPA, telematički inženjering i software, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću, Zagreb, Ulica Vjekoslava Heinzela 33, (MBS): 080314579, OIB: 11952101897, EUID: HRSR.080314579 (acquired company) and TIS-OBJEKTNI INFORMACIJSKI SUSTAVI, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću, Zagreb, Ulica Vjekoslava Heinzela 33, (MBS): 080011543, OIB: 62434408100, EUID: HRSR.080011543 (acquiring company) was successfully concluded on 23th of November  2022, by registration in the Croatian Company Register.

Thus, all assets and liabilities of TIS Grupa, d.o.o. have therefore been transferred separately to TIS – Objektni informacijski sustavi d.o.o. in accordance with the laws regarding universal succession.

Pursuant to the abovementioned, TIS – Objektni informacijski sustavi d.o.o.  assumes all rights and obligations in all contracts (including offers, order confirmation, etc) concluded between TIS Grupa, d.o.o. and your enterprise. All conditions contained in such contracts shall remain unchanged and valid.

Furthermore, in course of this transaction, we are happy to announce that company name of TIS – Objektni informacijski sustavi, d.o.o. as acquiring company has changed to TIS GRUPA, d.o.o. so with the effective date stipulated above, all future correspondence and credit transfers may only be assigned to the attention of:
